Tea Tree Hill is a newly-constructed and completely self-contained holiday chalet, set in a terraced garden, at Coopers Beach in beautiful Doubtless Bay in Northland, New Zealand. |
| Tea Tree Hill can accommodate three persons. There is a double bedroom with queen bed. |  |

The open plan living room, dining area and kitchen has a single convertible bed settee. There is a bathroom with shower cubicle. |
| There are two decks with spectacular views of Coopers Beach and the whole of Doubtless Bay. |  |

Access to Tea Tree Hill is by a series of steps from the off-road parking area and is therefore unsuited to disabled visitors or young children. We do not allow smoking or pets indoors. |
| All bedlinen is provided. There is a microwave oven, electric frying pan, sandwich maker and all utensils are provided. There is a new LCD television with Sky Digital service. Wireless broadband internet access is available. |  |

| Booking Terms and Conditions | |
| Deposits: After we have advised you that Tea Tree Hill is available, a deposit of the cost of one night's stay (or full payment) is required. The deposit may be paid by cheque or transfer to our bank accounts in New Zealand or Germany. We regret that we are unable to accept credit card payment. |

| Cancellation: | |

As a small property, cancellations do heavily impact on us and if we are not able to replace cancelled bookings at short notice, we do have to charge cancellation fees. For cancellation 30 days or fewer prior to your stay, a cancellation fee of your deposit is charged. Any refund will be in New Zealand dollars or Euros. |
